Jerusalem / ISROTEL EXCLUSIVE · CITY RETREAT

Orient Jerusalem

The German Colony

The experience

Historic Templer buildings meet contemporary architecture in the German Colony. Head up to the rooftop pool, pause at the indoor spa pool or explore the First Station nearby. The hotel also has a conference and events centre.

The Orient Jerusalem, part of Isrotel Exclusive, stands on Emek Refaim Street in the heart of the German Colony, about 1 km from the Old City. Its 243 rooms and suites combine old and new styles, and the property joins contemporary architecture to two restored Heritage Buildings built by the Templers in the 1880s, which originally served as their school. The result is a city hotel with a clear sense of local history.

A stay can move between the outdoor rooftop pool and the OrienTop restaurant, which overlooks the Old City, and the spa level, with a heated indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, fitness room and the Carmel Forest Spa. Guests in the Heritage Buildings and suites can use the eighth-floor business lounge. Contemporary Israeli art is displayed throughout the hotel, alongside a permanent display about the Templers.
