Correction to the original list
The article published on 25 March 2024 presented five organisations as leading angel investors without sufficient sources for their identity, investing activity or ranking. That list has been withdrawn. In particular, Startup Nation Central describes itself as an independent nonprofit connecting solution seekers with Israeli innovation; that description does not establish a named angel investment fund or a commitment to invest.
Startup Nation Central's stated role
Establish who is actually investing
For an investor or network, check the official identity, whether it invests directly or introduces other investors, the people making decisions, dated portfolio evidence, investment stage and sector focus. Contact details and eligibility should come from the organisation's own current channels. A directory entry or event appearance alone is insufficient evidence of available capital.

Read the proposed instrument
Compare the proposed amount, ownership or conversion rights, valuation terms, governance and conditions before treating an introduction as funding. YC's SAFE documentation distinguishes future-equity contracts from debt instruments. Its forms are jurisdiction-specific; they should not be assumed suitable for every Israel–Gulf transaction.
