Three documented programme milestones
The Innovation Authority's 2022 historical timeline identifies the government incubator programme in 1990, the Yozma programme encouraging venture-capital investment in 1993, and establishment of the Innovation Authority in 2016. These are selected institutional milestones. They correct the earlier implication that the ecosystem developed without public programmes.

History does not establish a current superlative
A history of research, entrepreneurship and capital formation does not prove that a country has the fastest economy or that its startup population doubles annually. Those assertions and unverified growth figures have been removed. When evaluating a contemporary business, use current company evidence and specify the measure and period of any economic comparison rather than carrying forward a historical slogan.
