A subsequent official statement

This article was first published on 4 March 2024. A subsequent UAE Foreign Ministry statement dated 6 March reported the UAE delegation's call at an OIC meeting for an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian assistance in Gaza. The statement records a public diplomatic position at that time; it does not prove that a ceasefire was achieved or describe current policy.

What the archive should not imply

The previous edition asserted details of leader conversations and linked diplomatic efforts directly to startup growth and an overland trade route without sufficient evidence. Those claims have been removed. For a business reader, an official position, an implemented agreement and an operating logistics service are different kinds of evidence. The 2020 signing photograph is identified as historical context, not an image of a March 2024 meeting.
