Cyera announced a $400 million extension to its Series G on 22 September, with the new investment coming from Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The company and investor identify Evolution Equity as the lead of the original round. The extension is new capital, not a new valuation figure.

Cyera says the investment will support its AI-security roadmap and expansion in federal and international markets. Its stated product direction connects sensitive data with the identities and agents able to reach it.
An illustrative business question is whether an AI assistant can access a customer file after the employee supervising it changes roles. Funding does not answer that question; an evaluation must examine actual permissions and revocation. For Israel–Gulf businesses, the useful takeaway is to assess access across people and software, without assuming this announcement establishes a Gulf contract.
